Vacation Bible School - Virginia Beach

"Camp Turned Around" is the theme of the Vacation Bible School going on at East Coast Baptist Church August 11th - 15th. The fun will be for children entering K4 through 6th grade and it's happening all week from 6:30 pm to 8 pm. Registration will begin July 13th. There are several different ways to register your children: call the church office (757-467-1532)Tuesday through Friday 9am-2pm; stop by the church office at 5149 Indian River Road; or fill out the form at any of the public services at East Coast Baptist Church; or simply register at the door any one of the evenings during the event. The children will do crafts, learn Bible verses and songs, have snacks, and enjoy stories from the Bible. VBS is free of charge and everyone in the community is welcome to attend.

Centerville Christian Fellowship is holding their Vacation Bible School this year July 21-25, 7pm - 9pm, at 1208 Centerville Turnpike in Chesapeake. Robert Tadlock Insurance donated two portable bocce ball courts to the city of Elizabeth City, NC. There will be a bocce ball tournament on July 19th of which the proceeds will benefit Special Olympics. The new bocce ball courts are available for check out from Grouper's in the Waterworks building.
