Meet The Staff
Colleen
Dick – Assistant Station Manager
Born in Elmira, NY, Colleen lived all over the USA while growing
up as an Air Force brat. She was in Pensacola, FL for high school
and her undergraduate years at Pensacola Christian College, where
she obtained her B.S. in Communications and Broadcasting. Colleen
is a graduate of Regent University’s MA program in film direction
from the School of Communication and the Arts. She has several years
of radio experience, including five years in Hampton Roads. Colleen’s
personal interests include reading, and watching DVD’s. She
and her husband, Jim, are members of East Coast Baptist Church,
where they serve as Sunday School Captains, and she works in the
nursery. She and Jim live in Portsmouth, VA.

Paul
Krimsier - Morning Show Host
Paul began in radio long ago in Atlanta and has also worked in
New Orleans, Houston and for ABC Radio in New York. While in New
York, Paul became a Christian and began doing a Christian radio
show on the weekends at WPLJ. Paul switched to television and programmed
stations in New Orleans and Oklahoma City. In New Orleans, Paul
was the first to air 3-D movies on television. Paul moved on to
cable and was in charge of Entertainment Programming for TBS and
then Sr. VP of Programming for the Family Channel. Recently Paul
was a director at Kempsville Presbyterian Church in Virginia Beach.
Paul is the morning show host for the station and is joined by his
wife Chris.

Robert
Scott - Weekday Board Operator
After graduating from Huntington High School in Newport News, Robert
spent 4 years in the US Marine Corp as a radio communicator. Robert
then joined Bell Telephone Company and worked for N.J. Bell, Chesapeake
& Potomac and retired after 35 years from Pacific Bell Telephone
Company. Robert took classes in Audio Engineering at Long Beach
City College and served his church as the sound board operator.
In 2003 he returned to Newport News after 21 years in California
and joined the WWIP team in June 2006. Robert lives with his wife
Nora in Yorktown, VA and attends Community Bible Church in Newport
News where he sings in the choir and volunteers at Riverside Convalescent
Center and the Peninsula Rescue Mission.
